Terrible company, very poorly managed. Staff have minimal to no training. My sister and I have to train almost every staff member that shows up ourselves. My father is bed bound and total care. The aides either don’t show or call out after their shift should have started. They almost never find replacements to cover those shifts. Many of the aides take naps, sit on their cell phones, don’t do the cares they’ve been asked to do, and don’t interact with my father. We always get an apology from the care manager promising they will correct the issues, but they never do.

Community Health care services are horrible! I’ve only been using them for 3 weeks. The aids don’t show up. The agency doesn’t even know if they are at house or not. My Mom is 93 , needs help with everything and cannot be alone. They have called out over 7 times and at the last minute. I had to hire my own people because no one shows up. This place is awful! I’m calling the BBB . They should be shut down!!

8/12 tried to give them a second chance but still having problems with the company being shorted my hours. I spoke to Susie the supervisor who told me go find another agency. Originally posted: Jan-2025 Find yourself another agency this agency is unreliable. The people they hire do not show up. They are very unprofessional. They don’t know what they’re doing and the client is the last to know. They don’t seem to hire good qualified. People must be with the pay that they’re paying the people they can’t find people to match your ethnicity and your diet run. Do not use this company.

My week of training with this office was fruitful! There are so many useful things to learn and apply not only in the field, but in your regular life as well. I had Steven as an instructor, and I would easily be his student again. Kayla makes talking on the phone and walking into the office pleasant, and she made any paperwork easier to get through. They are both lovely individuals that made my long trips worth it. I'd be here a while if I listed all the good things I observed, so go observe for yourself instead!

I had a great experience attending the PCA classes here. Kayla was tremendous and very helpful with the process to join the class. The instructor Steve was great as well. He made sure the students understood the material and helped us retain it with helpful skills. I would recommend this class and location to anyone interested.
